Selective Presence is a quiet space.
I am Ditas Antenor. I have lived many seasons — of work, of motherhood, of building and rebuilding, of loving deeply and letting go with grace.
Now, I am drawn to what remains.
This is where I write about memory, travel, food, friendships, and the subtle art of choosing carefully. Not everything needs to be shown. Not everything needs to be kept.
For women entering their sixties and beyond, this is not a shrinking. It is a refining. We are no longer becoming — we are distilling. Lighter. Clearer. More certain of who we are and what we value.
There is still so much light ahead.
Welcome to this space.

Selective Presence is a space for thoughtful living —
and the space begins here.
More reflections, photos, videos, and stories will follow — in their time.
